The loads out/ empties in operation at Hudson Coal is always fun to follow with all of the moving hoppers. Passenger traffic is an important part of train movements in Empire City as the MR-2 meets a commuter, and the BT-27/ BT-28 meet another commuter and an Amtrak train! Local railfans no doubt snapped photos of the Amtrak #4316 E8's unique livery! The Kings Port Railfan Society which often drives down to Empire City really should make an effort to find a spot near Terminal Yard Tunnel for their next picture taking opportunity! Trains coming out and going into the tunnel make for great railfanning!
Nice to see some older units like the RS2s and the GP7s getting top billing! Trains are heading to Selkirk! We'll be ready for them and will continue operations next weekend!
