P.C.C.M. 58E / NYCTL Last Installment

Greetings All,

Welcome back to the P.C.C.M. 58 Series!!!
We'll wrap up the NYCTL's portion today so let's get started.

We open at Terminal Yard with 1/87th scale ATJOE reporting for duty for the Bedford Turn and see yard hostler Wet Willie trying to explain to ATJOE why there are no ALcos assigned to BT-27 today.
1/87th scale ATJOE has brought BT-27 into Bedford and seems to be enjoying the GP7-GP35-GP35 consist. TP&W #627 sits at Berk Enterprises getting it's next P.C.C.M. load.
BT-27s first job is working the Hostess Siding where they are spotting PC 229046 loaded with shipping boxes from Canton Box and BM 109 & 110 loaded with bagged from from Blue Ribbon Flour.
BT-27 has been lined onto main 2 by Bedford Tower Operator 1/87th scale John B. They'll run back on main 2 to get behind their train sitting on main 3 in order to shove their train into the Bedford Park lead off main 3
BT-27 is shoving three NYC double door boxcars onto the Bedford Park lead where they'll get picked up by the Bedford Park switcher.
BT-27 heads back towards Terminal Yard with cars from Hostess, the TP&W boxcar from Berk Enterprises with it's next P.C.C.M. load and PC 360158 trailing the caboose.
BT-27 is shoving back onto the University Millwork siding and spotting empty PC 360158 for its next P.C.C.M. load.
1/87th scale ATJOE and BT-27 head back towards Terminal Yard
Their run now over BT-27's power has cut off from it's freight cars sitting on track 2 and is running back down track 1 after using the engine escape track.
Next we'll head out to the friendly confines of Bedford Park. The  switch crew is on duty and prepping the yard for today's work.
The Bedford Park Yard Switcher (BPY) has retrieved the three NYC double door boxcars left by BT-27.
The BPY switcher pulls an empty boxcar from All City Storage.
The first of three NYC 50' double door boxcars loaded with appliances for local distribution from Peerless Appliance has been spotted and the All City Storage dockworkers get right to work.
Car two of three is spotted and dunnage is being removed.
Car #3 is in place and the forklift operator has placed the metal plates between the cars for unloading.
The three NYC boxcars from Peerless Appliance are spotted and in the process of being unloaded.
The BPY switcher spots three freight cars on the Bedford Park lead for pick up and that concludes the NYCTL's portion of P.C.C.M. 58
Be sure to follow the action on
and Brian's Ralston Creek RR.

Thanks for watching!!!
See ya soon!!

    Rock Ridge Yard Out!

Nice to see the freight being delivered in and around Empire City. One of my favorite spots on Empire City is the Hostess Bakery. I can imagine smelling those wonderful baked breads and delicious Hostess Twinkees! Very nice scene at All-City Storage.

    West Mill out.

Cool choice of motive power on BT-27, especially as it heads out with the GP7 in the lead! Thoughtfully planned set outs and I love the interior pics of the 50 foot double door NYC car!
