All construction relating to the building of the New York Central Layout has been suspended for the month of December and should resume in early January 2012. This will allow for the most efficient movement of trains during the Christmas Holidays. The staff here at the New York Central System's Terminal Yard wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
