P.C.C.M. 50A Prelude #4

Greetings All,

Welcome back to the P.C.C.M. 50A preludes!!! We're getting close to the big dispatch date and I still have freight cars around the layout that need to be delivered, spotted, loaded, picked up and blocked into outbound trains. So without further ado let's get to work.

We pick up today's action at North Side Yard with 1/87th scale PC Ralph having to work the Afternoon Industrial Job as 1/87th scale senior engineer Sir Neal is delayed at the Penn Central's Terminal Yard after delivering train EC-2.
The EBRR A.I.J. is at Gervais Pipe spotting three empty gondolas for loading with pipe for the Hudson Valley Ag Coop or H.V.A.C.
A PC depressed center flatcar is spotted at Empire City Caterpillar for loading with a loaner excavator for Sal's Salvage in West Mill NY. An empty 40' NYC boxcar up the lead is being spotted at Prestage Gear for loading with gears for Laroche Cycle in Kings Port NY
Empty PC 40' boxcar #104478 is being spotted at Walsh Steel Wool Products for a loading of muffler mesh for ACME Auto Parts.
Empty P&E 40' boxcar #3638 is being spotted at Drywell Inks to be loaded with 55 gallon drums of ink for the Catskill Mountain Press in Bloomberg NY.
Moore & Company is a busy place these days! These three empties are being spotted for loads of burlap bags and bulk paper for industries on the K.P.D. and K.P.&W.
This pair of A.P.R.R. boxcars and the E.B.R.R. boxcar are constructively placed at Moore &Co for loading with bulk paper for Marcal Paper Products in Rock Ridge NJ.
Work on the west side is completed and the Afternoon Industrial Job returns to North Side Yard caboose lite.
The Afternoon Industrial Job is back at North Side Yard and so is 1/87th scale Sir Neal who has just arrived from Terminal Yard with train EC-3. Whew! What a day!
Tomorrow we'll finish up the P.C.C.M. 50A preludes with action from both the Penn Central and Empire Belt as both railroads make their car movements before Saturday's dispatch date.
Thanks for reading!!!
