Three trains of action today at Empire City! You really did receive a lot of freight cars this time around! Railfans enjoy the sights and the related photos and videos. Great sound effects on the video footage by the way! The new gons at Gervais are looking good! I noticed all of the vehicles on your layout such as the bus going up hill by Reliable Machine and all of the trailers and trucks at various industries. Nice details! Did a survey crew take a close look at Terminal Yard tunnel to check clearance by those bridge components on Extra 9921? :)

    1. Thanks for the compliments Ralph!!!

Empire City is a heavy traffic city! The NYCTL survey crew kind of just winced and hoped the loads would clear. And they did!!!

Outstanding work on getting freight delivered. Extra 9921 with the steel structures looked very impressive. There’s a lot of detail on that train, especially protecting the loads with the flat cars as spacers, very nice! The Patti-O Paint Shop did an outstanding job on those new gondolas. The APRR management sends its thanks and on the next delivery to Terminal Yard will send a special package to be delivered to the paint shop!

    1. Thanks for the compliments 1:1 Sir Neal!!!

The Extra 9921 was fun to put together and run. Even better it made it thru the layout w/o taking down any overhead structures!
